All Lot, dock & jet ski port balances must be received by May 1, 2026 to avoid $50 late fee.

All winter storage of trailers and watercraft of any kind must be removed from the sites and streets by May 1, 2026.

We will be grading the stone streets starting Monday, April 27 through Friday, May 1, 2026.  No parking on the stone streets between 9 AM-4 PM during those dates.

Any site that hasn’t been mowed within the last week, must be mowed by the end of the day, Sunday, 5/3/26.  If we mow your site, it will be a $50 charge.

All stone drives must be sprayed for weeds.  If we spray your drive, it will be a $50 charge.

All debris on sites, such as bricks, pavers, lumber, old grills, etc., not being used must be cleaned up and removed from the park by the end of the day Sunday, May 3, 2026.  These items CAN NOT be put in the dumpster.

The large black drop box with the Property of Logan Landing sticker on it will be on the shed at Lot 143 for payments, insurance papers, pet records, etc. 4-26-26.

Golf cart stickers will be available 5-1-26.  All golf carts must have current golf cart sticker by 5-15-26 to avoid $100 fee.
